By placing an order on the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and other applicable site policies.

1. Order Placement & Confirmation

1.1 When you submit an order via the Website, you are making a binding offer to purchase the selected custom-made fitness apparel. YoungLA reserves the right to accept or reject your order at its discretion—for example, if the product is out of stock, there is an error in product pricing/description, or we cannot verify your payment or shipping information.1.2 Upon receiving your order, we will send a confirmation email to your provided address to acknowledge receipt. 4.1 Return Eligibility: You may return unused, undamaged custom-made fitness apparel (in its original packaging, with all tags/accessories intact) within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. We will provide a pre-paid return label (free of charge) and instructions for sending the item back.4.3 Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item (to confirm it meets eligibility criteria), we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method, in USD—please note that payment processors may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

5. Product Information & Liability

5.1 YoungLA strives to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications (e.g., size, material, design) on the Website. However, minor discrepancies may occur (e.g., subtle color variations due to device display settings or custom craftsmanship) —these do not constitute grounds for a refund unless the product is materially different from its description.5.2 YoungLA warrants that all custom-made fitness apparel is free from manufacturing defects at the time of delivery. If you receive a defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the defect—we will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund at our discretion.5.3 YoungLA is not liable for damages resulting from improper use, wear, or care of products (e.g., stretching from incorrect sizing, damage from harsh detergents).
