At YoungLA, we want you to love your custom-made fitness apparel as much as we do. Our refund policy is designed to be straightforward and fair—ensuring you shop with confidence, whether you’re updating your workout wardrobe or trying our latest styles.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

To qualify for a full refund, your return must meet these criteria:

  • Timeframe: You initiate the return request within 60 days of the delivery date.
  • Product Condition: The fitness apparel is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging (including all tags, labels, or accessories that came with the item).
  • Custom Product Exception: Standard custom-made fitness apparel is non-refundable unless it arrives damaged, defective, or with errors caused by YoungLA (e.g., wrong size, incorrect design).

2. How to Request a Refund

Follow these 4 simple steps to start your refund:

  1. Contact Customer Service: Email our team at [email protected] with your order number, the name of the fitness apparel item(s) you’re returning, and a brief reason for the refund.
  2. Get a Pre-Paid Label: We’ll send you a free return shipping label (no hidden costs) and detailed packing instructions—no need to cover shipping fees.
  3. Ship the Item: Send the eligible apparel back using the provided label. Keep the shipping tracking number for your reference to monitor delivery.
  4. Inspection & Approval: Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item to confirm it meets eligibility rules. We’ll email you once the inspection is complete (approved or denied).

3. Refund Processing Timeline

  • Processing Time: After your return is approved, we’ll process the refund within 5–10 business days.
  • Refund Method: Funds are credited back to the original payment method you used (e.g., credit card, PayPal)—no store credit unless you request it.
  • Payment Provider Delay: Note that your bank or payment provider may take an additional 3–7 business days to reflect the refund in your account. This step is outside YoungLA’s control.
  • Currency: All refunds are issued in United States Dollars (USD), consistent with our standard transaction currency.

4. Special Cases

  • Damaged/Incorrect Items: If your fitness apparel arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered (e.g., wrong size, mismatched design), contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll cover all return shipping costs and let you choose between a full refund, a replacement, or store credit.
  • Order Cancellations: If you want to cancel an order before it ships (we process orders within 1–3 days), email us immediately. Canceled orders qualify for a full refund, processed within 5–10 business days of approval. Once the order ships, follow the standard return process.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Custom-made fitness apparel that has no defects or errors from YoungLA (e.g., you changed your mind about the design/size).
  • Apparel that shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration (e.g., washed, stretched, tags removed, or used during workouts).
  • Items returned without a valid YoungLA pre-paid label or outside the 60-day return window.
